By promoting songs on our platform using your music and cover art, you hereby acknowledge and agree to a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license granted by you. This license permits us to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your music and cover art solely for the purpose of promoting your song(s) on our platform.
2. Promotional Use Only:
Your music and cover art may only be utilized for promotional activities directly associated with your songs on our platform. Any alternative use or exploitation of the content requires explicit written consent from you.
3. Attribution:
We are obligated to provide accurate attribution to you as the rightful copyright owner of the music and cover art. This includes prominently displaying your artist’s name, song title, and any additional information specified by you.
4. Duration of Use:
The license for promotional use is limited to the duration in which your songs are actively promoted on our platform. Following the conclusion of the promotional period, we are obliged to cease the use of your music and cover art.
5. Modification and Alteration:
Modification or alteration of your music or cover art is strictly prohibited without obtaining prior written consent from you.
6. Removal of Content:
You retain the right to request the immediate removal of any content featuring your music and cover art should you deem the use inappropriate or in violation of these terms and conditions.
7. Indemnification:
We agree to indemnify and hold you harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your music and cover art on our platform.
8. Commercial Use:
Any commercial use of your music or cover art, including but not limited to advertisements or sponsorships, necessitates explicit written permission from you.
9. Compliance with Laws:
We commit to complying with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the use of copyrighted material, including your music and cover art.
By promoting your music and cover art on our platform, we affirm that we have read, understood, and agreed to these additional terms and conditions.
Campaigns – Our Commitment
At Promudo, we are dedicated to delivering impactful results for your music promotion. Here’s our streamlined promise to you:
Refund Policy: If we are unable to promote your song or don’t achieve the expected targets listed, we guarantee a full refund. To verify your campaign information, we require viewing/limited access to your account. Instructions for granting this access will be sent to you via email. After we verify the information, if the expected targets are not met, we will continue to work on your campaign. If we are still unable to reach the expected targets listed, we will send you a full refund. Clients have 3 months from the order date to request a refund, during which they must also provide access to their Spotify and/or YouTube accounts for data verification. If our review confirms the target goals were met, the client will not be eligible for a refund. After this 3-month period, refund eligibility will no longer apply.
Continuous Updates: We’ll keep you informed via email about your order’s progress and if we require additional information for your campaign.
Detailed Analytics Report: To provide comprehensive analytics, we need Spotify “Reader” and YouTube “Editor (Limited)” access. Instructions for granting this access will be sent to your email and available on the post-purchase page. Note: If access isn’t provided before the campaign’s completion, those sections of data will be excluded from the report.
