Refund Policy: If we are unable to promote your song or don’t achieve the expected targets listed, we guarantee a full refund. To verify your campaign information, we require viewing/limited access to your account. Instructions for granting this access will be sent to you via email. After we verify the information, if the expected targets are not met, we will continue to work on your campaign. If we are still unable to reach the expected targets listed, we will send you a full refund.

Continuous Updates: We’ll keep you informed via email about your order’s progress and if we require additional information for your campaign.

Detailed Analytics Report: To provide comprehensive analytics, we need Spotify “Reader” and YouTube “Editor (Limited)” access. Instructions for granting this access will be sent to your email and available on the post-purchase page. Note: If access isn’t provided before the campaign’s completion, those sections of data will be excluded from the report.
